Couples who train together, stay together. ❤️
​Just Coach Lisa doing what she does best: supporting, coaching, and making sure the standard is met! We love seeing this dynamic duo putting in work on the floor.

​Speaking of putting in work, here is what’s on deck this week.

​🗓️ The Weekly Lineup:
🧽Monday: Clean & jerk touch-and-go intervals + engine work. Stay smooth and breathe through the run-to-bar transition!
🦿Tuesday: Leg day. Tempo back squats followed by a row and goblet squat chipper. Control early wins this one.
🦾Wednesday: Upper-body stamina & trunk demand. Strict dip/push-up skill work, then a big GHD, HSPU, and double-under workout. Don't lose position!
🚲​Thursday: Repeatable, aerobic intervals. Biking, farmer carry lunges, and burpees over dumbbells. Don't overcook the first set!
💀​Friday: Deadlift day. Pause reps followed by a 5-round deadlift and push-up burner. Mind your grip, bracing, and pacing.
👯‍♀️​Saturday: Partner WOD! Rope-volume heavy with double unders and rope climbs, finished off with a "Mini Pump" core piece.

Brought the noise to Music City Mayhem this weekend! 😤🏆 No rest for the driven, though—we are right back at it tomorrow. Here is your weekly breakdown:

Monday: 3RM Back Squat into a legs-and-lungs bike + goblet squat sprint. Don't redline the bike.
Tuesday: Strict pull-ups + a 16:00 AMRAP (Row, lateral burpees, heavy C&Js). Smooth singles on the bar.
Wednesday: 3RM Deadlift + 10 rounds of midline & grip fatigue. Prioritize movement quality over scaling.
Thursday: 400m runs paired with descending bench press and wall walks. Manage that upper-body stamina.
Friday: OTM power sn**ch doubles + high-volume wall-balls and TTB. Don’t let the grip blow up early.
Saturday: Partner 5x3:00 AMRAP (Row + jump rope). 1:1 interval pacing is the name of the game.

​We’re stripping things down to pure conditioning. No separate strength or skill blocks this week—just warm up, hit the workout, and get to work.

​The Lineup:
​Monday: DB Bench, lunges, and a 2-mile run test.
​Tuesday: Floor-loaded back squats + high-skill gymnastics.
​Wednesday: June Burpee EMOM + "Randy" (grip & pacing test).
​Thursday: Engine + core-focused AMRAPs.
