Speaking of putting in work, here is what’s on deck this week.
🗓️ The Weekly Lineup:
🧽Monday: Clean & jerk touch-and-go intervals + engine work. Stay smooth and breathe through the run-to-bar transition!
🦿Tuesday: Leg day. Tempo back squats followed by a row and goblet squat chipper. Control early wins this one.
🦾Wednesday: Upper-body stamina & trunk demand. Strict dip/push-up skill work, then a big GHD, HSPU, and double-under workout. Don't lose position!
🚲Thursday: Repeatable, aerobic intervals. Biking, farmer carry lunges, and burpees over dumbbells. Don't overcook the first set!
💀Friday: Deadlift day. Pause reps followed by a 5-round deadlift and push-up burner. Mind your grip, bracing, and pacing.
👯♀️Saturday: Partner WOD! Rope-volume heavy with double unders and rope climbs, finished off with a "Mini Pump" core piece.
