🌟INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT🌟

Meet Alyssa!!

Hey y’all! I’m Alyssa, and I’m from Albertville, AL. I recently graduated this May from UAB with a degree in Industrial Distribution. When I’m not in the studio, I’m a nanny, and outside of work you’ll catch me spending time with family, friends, and my dogs. I love going on walks, reading my Bible and spending my weekends out on the lake!

Health, wellness, and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. Working out is my getaway—my time to reset, challenge myself, and invest in me. It’s my favorite form of self-care. After years of strength training, I found CoreSouth Lagree at the end of November 2025 and instantly fell in love. By my wedding in April, I had lost 15 pounds, but more importantly, I gained confidence, strength, and a whole new love for movement.

I loved Lagree so much that I became an instructor because I wanted to help others experience the same feeling. My goal is for everyone who takes my class to feel challenged, encouraged, and leave stronger than they came in.

I truly believe in what I teach, and I’m so grateful to be part of the CoreSouth community. I can’t wait to meet you in class, cheer you on, and be a small part of your fitness journey. 🧡🧡

At CoreSouth, our goal has always been about more than just a workout. It’s about creating a place where you feel encouraged, challenged, supported, and celebrated every time you walk through our doors.

Our Guntersville opening day was one we’ll never forget. From the moment we opened our doors, we felt so much love and support from this incredible community.
