Hello Again,
It has been a long time. I hope that all of you are well, in good health and doing something you love as often as you can.
I miss the friendhips we formed while suffering together.
Thank you to those who found me and reached out after I left the scene.
Thank you.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you To everyone who supported me and my family by liking, sharing and participating in Fitness Foundations!
Joe Martin for the everything.
The Maverick Family who I miss greatly
Wes, Ryan, Jeff and all the Kravists now at Claymore.
Robert Ligati, Monique Given and Patricia for always being there so early and giving everything each time.
Joe Orozco and Tom Patterson for the logo and more.
To everyone of you on this page,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I hope you benefited from our sessions. It wasnt always great or conventional but there was growth and we suffered together as I learned how to teach.
I look back and wish I knew what took these last few years to learn.
Life got in the way as most of you know. I had to take a time out, learn a new trade, and rebuild from the ground up.
I appologize for my distance and am posting, today, after so long because it dawned on me just how much I learned from all of you and how much it helped me grow as a trainer, person, father and leader.
The time alone has taught me the value of having a good group to push you and hold you accountable.
So if you would like to work on techniques you are struggling with, speed, fitness or pre-fight, pre-race prep or any aspect of your chosen discipline you are invited to the new spot. No charge. Just sharing.
So many of you are now trainers and that is awesome.
Please share.
So my space is quickly shaping into the outdoor dojo/obstacle course/ temple of my dreams. If we had this place back then....??.
Those Sundays and early mornings at the old Municipal obstacle course come to mind. How we made do with all the broken equipment because we had to.
After 4 years of mostly solo training and new paths it would be great to start learning from and sharing with others.
If you have a group that needs a location in Huntsville with multiple buildings and a large open space for a special event or just to mix it up we are located across from Campus 805.
Much has changed but always expect sandbags, tires, and rope climbs and grass drills so bring good leather work gloves, a gallon of water, a friend and lets put in some work.
Missed you
Much Love
Kevin
