Consistency. Not perfection. Not beautiful. Not the same every single week. But present.
May was a lot! New clients, studio buildout, family activities pulling me in every direction. My life was full in the best and most exhausting way. My training schedule looked different than it normally does and honestly, that is okay. Consistency does not mean identical. It means you keep showing up in whatever way your life allows you to participate that day.
Some days that was a full lift. Some days it was a walk with the dog. Some days it was simply protecting the habit and honoring what my body had to give.
As the studio settles and the pace of life finds its rhythm again, my training routine will even back out. The blocks will get more structured. The schedule will get more consistent. But I never stopped. That is the whole point.
Strength is always an asset, even when the season is chaotic.
