2024 was a very difficult year for us, but also a year that provided so many blessings and new opportunities. I can say watching my Uncle pass so tragically has worked mysterious ways in my life such as pushing me to go back to church, taking time off of social media and truly live in the moment and be present with my friends, family and loved ones. He has shown me how precious life truly is, he has allowed me to take the time that I need for myself and my mental health and not feel bad about saying no when I need time.
Even though I am still training and running my business, I have chosen not to have the pressure of needing to post something every day or multiple times a day and create more meaningful relationships with my clients .
I will continue to show my children that being present and aware and living through experience will give them the opportunity to grow more than anything.
I am grateful for these challenges for I have grown and I have been humbled to take a step back and know that Amy is not in control .
Here is to continued growth and personal development, love, happiness, and health for all.
We also just had an incredible mountain vacation where my husband and I were probably the most present we’ve ever been in our lives . HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎆💗🙏
