Huge congratulations to these two. It is rare to find the level of hard work and dedication these two possess. Day in and day out they are at the gym working on themselves and showing up for the community. They are phenomenal leaders and we are so proud to have them in our Gamma family. Great work!

First Annual Bunny Bounce Bash was a hit! We had such a great time winning prizes, hunting and painting eggs and hanging with the Easter Bunny himself! Thanks to everyone who came out for the festivities!!! Special thanks to for making this happen.

It’s Quarterfinals Week! These Gamma Athletes ranked in the top 25% of all the CrossFitters in the World in the Open this year. This means that they will advance to the next round of competition. Quarterfinals will consist of 5 workouts they will need to complete next weekend. Stay tuned for times when you can come watch them complete these workouts!

Cheers to 6 years! March 1, 2020 we purchased CrossFit Gamma. We were excited to make our dream come true. Gamma is where we met and where we fell in love. Gamma is where we had built so many friendships. Gamma is where we grew up. March 15, 2020 the world shut down. We were now scared, hurt, and fearful we would lose everything. This test was just a preview for the coming 6 years. Ultimate highs and dramatic lows. Here’s the truth, that’s life! Everyone and everything experiences the highs and lows. Life is all about how we surf the waves. The key to a successful ride is your broad, your foundation. This Gamma community is our foundation. This family is what has been there through it all. The people inside this space understand life. This family understands that people need people. We are all in this together. We couldn’t be more proud to call ourselves owners of such a dope place!

Please make sure if you are working out Saturday that you sign up so we can plan heat schedules. 26.1 heat signup sheet for Saturday will be up at the gym Friday morning.
