Lifelong Strength

Lifelong Strength As a specialist in medical, cancer and senior exercise, I help you build the strength you need to continue doing the things you actually want to be doing!

I have always been passionate about movement through sports, adventure, and play. I began my formal education and career in Chemistry and Food Science and decided in 2015 to greater expand my impact on the health and wellness of the community by becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. I then further specialized in functional training, corrective exercises and posture through the Functional Pat

terns Level 1 Human Foundations Course. Functional Patterns gave me tools to help others improve their posture, movement ability, and overall well being. After a few years as a trainer, I discovered a love of working with seniors and those with medical conditions that limited their day-to-day function. My focus became helping clients who have struggled through knee replacements, hip replacements, spinal surgeries, shoulder injuries, etc. manage their conditions with exercise, as a certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist. At the start of the 2020 pandemic, I pivoted again and became a certified Online Personal Trainer, to better serve my clients in this new virtual world. I now offer virtual sessions and home-based fitness coaching to adults looking to stay strong and enjoy life's adventures with more ease and less pain, without sacrificing all their free time. My training in self massage and medical exercise helps my clients prevent injury and my online personal training education helps me keep my clients motivated and accountable!
