Starting to get my bearings now that I’m 4 months in the game. Still battling constant paranoia that it’s all going to fall apart at any moment…idk if that ever goes away, but it keeps me up at night and makes me work like my hair is on fire. The grind continues, can’t wait for the day Motion brings in its first $100k month

Most group fitness gyms miss the mark. They do a great job of making you tired & sweaty, but don’t provide the structure required for long term results. You’re going to start seeing a big shift in the fitness industry with smaller gyms popping up focusing on high quality strength training that emphasize progress overload and periodization. Motion Performance Studio just happens to be leading from the front.

It’s tough to follow a path that has no clear direction, especially when you watch your peers get settled into careers with direction and some semblance of security. I’ve considered quitting more times than I’m proud to admit, always to pursue something “noble” and “safe” but I could never shake the voice in the back of my head. I listened, and kept listening, and as i get older i grow more and more confident that my life is my own, and the path i choose to follow is set for me because no other path would bring me the same level of satisfaction or fulfillment. At the end of it all, I’ll be happy to say i risked it all, because ultimately, none of us get out alive anyway.

We’re going to start with a walk (like we always do) followed by free SKYDUSTER and discounted apps at Huddy’s. Gonna be a fun way to meet new people and socialize in Hermosa beach. Bring everyone you know and meet up at the gym tonight at 6:30!
