Run club update, biggest one yet!

Gym equipment is out for delivery! Some will start showing up as soon as tomorrow 4/24 but the delay of a large shipment will push the opening until 5/18. Going to keep promoting the Monday run club & Sunday HIIT workouts as a way to build community and get people excited for the gym. More info about the gym, types of classes offered, schedule & more coming soon!

The beginning of the Monday Motion run club!

Today will mark the 4th ever run club & since then I’ve added the walk club as well. Yes it’s about fitness, but more than that it’s about bringing people together. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join, I can’t wait to see this community continue to grow. See you guys tonight!
