All levels welcome! I’m Ryan. I’m a So Cal native, a travel hidden gem adventurer, and passionate about fitness. I have been a Trainer in the South Bay for nearly 20 years. My girlfriend and I have four kids, two boys and two girls, whom we love so much. Before I took fitness seriously. The scale went up, and I didn’t see results. Some days were rough – sometimes, I felt like I wasn’t making any p
rogress. But I kept getting after it, stayed consistent, and I got there! And you can too! It didn’t happen overnight, and it wasn’t a quick fix. But, it was small changes here and there to get long-term results without forsaking anything I love. I admit it wasn’t easy to exercise constantly, but I did it because I knew it was good for me and gave me more energy to do the things I am passionate about. And now, I continue to exercise because it gives me strength and the spark to be a better person. This is one of the reasons I do Training: I want to help change people’s lives through fitness. I was able to change my own, and I would love to help you change yours.
