Meet the member! Today, we’re highlighting Jamie 💛

Jamie has been coming to Spoke since January 2023. She loves an around the world in cycling, and bicep curls, lateral raises, and gorilla rows in strength. And she is STRONG 💪

In class, you can find her jamming to any 80s / 90s / early 2000s songs or Girl Next Door by MGK. She works in finance and has 2 daughters, who she loves baking and riding bikes with. She’s obsessed with lemon desserts and anything pickle flavored 🤩

Jamie is fun, kind, and brings so much to our community. We’re so grateful for her!

Beyond the studio with Alex 🫶

Alex got into yoga over 10 years ago to help with some running injuries. She quickly fell in love with the practice and community aspect! Her favorite move is an arm balance - hurdlers pose and she loves playing ODESZA, Sol Rising, and, in a sculpt class, Fred Again 🪩

Outside of the studio, she loves traveling with her husband, riding her gravel and road bikes, walking her dog, and reading thrillers. You can find her enjoying a dinner out at a local spot (shoutout to Café Mamo and GinGin’s!), and she’s not her without her glasses 🤪

To Alex, community means support, finding your home, and surrounding yourself with those you love. We’re so grateful for Alex and all she brings to our yoga program & community 👏
