MVP Sportsplex is a state-of-the-art, full-service fitness facility designed to capture your imagination and cater to your every need. MVP Sportsplex features a fitness floor with over 300 pieces of cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, three group exercise studios, six indoor tennis courts and two 75-foot gymnasiums, an aquatic center with two indoor pools, an outdoor competitive pool, a waterslide spray pool, a supervised children's recreation space, and spa quality locker rooms. Additionally, a club café catering to the health conscious consumer is located inside MVP Sportsplex.

Be the difference for someone you love.

Join the American Heart Association on October 6 at 10:30am at MVP Sportsplex to learn about the life-saving impact of Hands-Only CPR. Hands-Only CPR has been shown to be as effective in the first few minutes as conventional CPR for cardiac arrest at home, at work, or in public.

This event does not provide certification; however, participants will have the opportunity for hands-on practice with Hands-Only CPR, which is the recommended method for the untrained everyday person.

Join us April 18 and 19 at MVP Crahen's Pickleball Facility for our second annual Senior Pickleball Championships, featuring competitive play in a fun, round-robin format. Events include Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles divisions with skill levels ranging from 2.5 through Open.

Looking to clean out your garage or shed, or have old equipment your kids have outgrown? Join us March 2-7 for the Goal Sports sporting goods drive at each of the MVP locations. Look for the table in the lobby to drop off your equipment. Your donations make an impact. Goal Sports re-purposes contributions to financially support people, programs, and projects in Sports Ministry. Join us in lifting up the next generation through sports!

What to donate:
- New or gently used sporting goods, equipment, or apparel.
- No fi****ms, items needing to be plugged in, or gas-powered items will be accepted.

Join us for the Youth Fitness Workshop on Thursday, January 15 at 4:30pm at MVP Crahen! Through fun challenges, games, and engaging activities, this free workshop introduces kids ages 7-11 to the fundamentals of exercise, including proper form, injury prevention, and the importance of hydration and recovery.

Led by Marc Anderson, Olivia Cross, and Lindsey Desarmo, this event helps set the foundation for healthy exercise habits at school, in sports, at the gym, and in everyday life. Parents are invited to join us for the final 15 minutes of class for a Q&A focused on tips to support their child’s development.
