Last week’s class was canceled due to the flooding situation, but we’re back this week and ready to sweat!
Join me Thursday, June 4th at 5:30 AM at All Around Fitness in Gorham for a R.I.P.P.E.D. workout! 🔥
R.I.P.P.E.D. combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Determination into one fun and effective full-body workout designed to help build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories.
And if you’ve taken my classes before, you know I like to keep things interesting. 😉 You never quite know what order I’m going to put things in, so you’ll just have to show up to find out! Keeping your body guessing makes every workout feel fresh.
Expect great music, lots of motivation, and a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, I always offer modifications so whether you’re brand new or a seasoned gym-goer, you can meet your body exactly where you’re at.
💔 Sadly, this will be my last Thursday morning Pump & Power class. I’d love to see some familiar faces one more time. Come say goodbye, get a great workout, and sweat with me one last Thursday morning!
