Come on a ROAD RIDE with us !!! 🛣️🚦
Happening this Thursday at 6pm, we will meet up in Berlin, NH. We will be taking off from the river walk and there will be parking right across from the VFW as well as right on main street. (1107 Main Street)
This will be a mostly flat loop with gorgeous views of the Androscoggin!!
The ride will be about 25 miles.
If group size allows, we may split into multiple groups depending on desires for speed.

- There is an ice cream stand right across from the finish!!!!🍦🍨

Group ride today will take off from Big Day Brewing!! We will still begin our ride at 5:30.

After our ride, there will be a benefit concert at Big Day!! Come support with a donation to benefit some shred campers!

GROUP RIDE ⛰️🚵‍♀️
5:30pm take off from Moose Brook State Park every Wednesday. 🫎🏞️
Please join us! The more the merrier!!! 👫👫👫
We can split into multiple groups to accommodate various abilities levels or desires for speed.
Byo apres beverages and snacks for a group hangout after each ride!
(we are riding tonight!)

On Wednesday, June 3rd, we will take off from Big Day Brewing for group ride at 5:30pm.
Afterwards, back at Big Day, enjoy some apres beverages and a benefit concert for this year's shred camp!

-The Giants will be playing from 7-8pm
-suggested donation: $10

Shred Camp is a week long day camp for young mountain bikers!
kids learn new skills, not just on the bike, but about life as well. friendships are made, snacks are eaten 😅, and we swim at Moose Brook each day too!

All proceeds from this musical event at go to trail stewardship and kid-centric programs. 🪏🚵‍♀️⛰️

Less than a week away! Register NOW for the 2026 Frost Heave in Berlin, New Hampshire Saturday May 16th!! This rugged course takes you up down and around the trails of Jericho State Park with all proceeds supporting Coos Trails maintenance and youth programming. Open to both mountain bikers and trail runners!! Link in bio!

Not only do we ride bikes, we run, with smiles!
We've opened up the Frost heave to runners this year. On top of that our pals over at the Randolph Ramble are comping us a few entries to raffle post race. We hope to see you out there... smiling! 🫠
