CrossFit Frederick Fitness program located in Frederick, Maryland since 2007. We are dedicated to improving human movement and offer over 60 classes a week.

We currently work with adults and teens 16 years or older. We run a full schedule and variety of classes. We are open seven (7) days a week and yes, we have showers!!!
