If you want change, be willing to sacrifice comfort. 💎

We have a little over five weeks left in the Season 5 Challenge. As a whole, this group has to focus more on your diet. I know it’s hard, and I know we all have our weaknesses when it comes to food and alcohol, but reaching your weight loss goal is gonna require you to be strong and sacrifice all of the above for a specific period of time.

If you show up, do the work, and stay consistent, the rest handles itself. 🔥 SWIPE ⬅️ SHARE ↗️ & TAG A FRIEND‼️

Another “former athlete” who has bounced back with the swiftness! 💪🏾 🦅 It’s no secret to why Ayana Crawford is having so much success with this program, she just shows up and does the work. And she does it at a HIGH LEVEL. 🔑

Some people “exercise”, and other “train”. It’s a huge difference between showing up at the gym and going through the motions each day, or pulling up at the gym to f**k s**t up and leave. She prefers the latter of the two, and her results show that. 💪🏾 She’s managed to drop twenty one pounds since we started this journey together, but she looks like she’s lost closer to fifty pounds. 🔥

- The strength training (with medium to heavy weights). 🏋🏽‍♀️

- The “intense” cardio sessions, where she’s pushing herself and not just walking at 3mph. 🏃‍♀️

- The dedication that she shows week in and week out, getting the work done no matter what. 😤

Ima get a little deep on this Nathaniel Fitch Jr. post. I’m sure he doesn’t mind and I hope I don’t offend anyone I know because that’s not my intent. As a person who played sports from the age of 6 years old, all the way through my last year of college, I always trained on a weekly basis. I was playing some type of sport 75% of the year so it was mandatory, and when I wasn’t playing I trained harder in the off season because that’s what athletes do. It helped me build good habits, but I also took pride in looking nice.

Once I stopped playing those good habits stayed with me, and I’ve always been able to maintain my playing weight. There were times when I fell off, but never to the point where I became overweight or obese. I’ve also been blessed to not have any health issues or injuries, which I know can contribute to weight gain. Either way, I kept my s**t together. Discipline, year in and year out because that’s all I knew for almost 20 years straight.

I see a lot of guys I played ball with who have gained a significant amount of weight, and I can’t help but wonder why “some” of y’all just let go? 🤷🏾‍♂️ Just because you hang up your cleats or sneakers, doesn’t mean you have to hang up your gym shoes.

I’m so proud of the work you’ve put in! 🙌🏾 We’ve had discussions about this topic, and you’ve battled a few injuries that have set you back, but I know it’s important for you to be back down to this weight. You didn’t quit. You didn’t lay down. You kept working, training, and fighting until you BOUNCED BACK! All the s**t we were taught day in and day out FOR YEARS. 🦅

I salute you for holding yourself to a standard! 💯 That means something in this life. We live in a lazy society where overweight has become the new sexy. 🤦🏽‍♂️ But I’m glad to see some of my old soldiers I went to war with still live by principals. Keep doing your thing bro! You crushed this challenge and have been working your ass off! Peep that last slide though! 🔥

Tighten, Tone, and Build Lean Muscle‼️ SWIPE ⬅️ SHARE ↗️ & TAG A FRIEND who’s hit a plateau with their progress.

Not all women are looking to lose a ton of weight. Some women are already fit like JoNese ThinkPink Lassiter but they’re still looking to lean out their entire frame, and lose a few more inches around their waist. 🔥

JoNese has been a consistent member of these challenges from day one. She’s always been fit, had a very nice body, and active with her training routine. But she felt like she hit a wall this past season with her progress.

So we made a few adjustments with her program, upped her cardio, and really focused on high intensity workouts that would help her lean out more and build the physique she was after. And at the end of the twelve week mark, she hit her goal! 💪🏾💪🏾

Waist snatched! Shoulders, arms, and back chiseled! 🔪 And her legs are more toned and defined all around! 👏🏾

I don’t just give my clients a program then disappear. I work with each of them individually throughout the challenge to make sure we’re doing what’s necessary to accomplish their goals. Adjustments are made, modifications are provided, and each clients progress charts are updated weekly on my end. Whatever it takes to help THEM is done!

JoNese, as always I’m proud of you friend. 🙌🏾 You’re always one of the hardest worker’s in the room, and your consistency is unmatched. Great work in Season 4 getting over the hump! Now let’s take things to another level in Season 5! 😤

Pregnancy weight is some of the most challenging weight to lose‼️ SHARE ↗️ & TAG A FRIEND with a newborn. 👶🏽

Christy Vonta said she was gonna bounce back ASAP after having her child, and she did just that! 🔥

First off, she is the first person in my challenge to LOSE 30+ POUNDS! 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾 38 to be exact!! And she did it by sticking to the program week after week!

She’s a prime example of what consistency and determination will get you when it comes to fitness and weight loss. Her goal coming into the challenge was to just lose the weight she put on during her pregnancy, but we were able to surpass that goal! And she did all of this while WORKING OUT AT HOME! 🏠

This program is structured to help any and everyone of all fitness levels achieve their goals, all you have to do is show up each day and put the work in! 🎯 With the program laid out for her, demonstration videos to help guide her each day, and the best support group you can find when it come to an online training program, she absolutely crushed this challenge! 💪🏾💪🏾

Next up we have Dionicia Nava 🔥 When it comes to commitment and dedication, she’s the definition of both! I can always tell which contestants will do well in these challenges based off of their attitude and energy in our conversations before the challenge begins. She had her mind made up from day one that she was going to put the necessary work in to achieve her goals. And she did just that!

Even though she only lost seven pounds during the challenge, she was still able to completely transform her body from head to toe. I always preach to my clients that THE NUMBERS ON THE SCALE DON’T MATTER. When you’re going through a program like this that involves a lot of strength training, cardio, and HIIT workouts, you tend to gain muscle. And by gaining muscle, you won’t necessarily drop a lot of weight. But your muscles and body will naturally look more defined and toned as you can see here in her transformation pictures.

I’ve been doing online training for almost eight years now, and I couldn’t ask for a better client than 🙏🏾 No excuses, no second guessing what the program requires or ask of her, just hard work, consistency, and a positive attitude day in and day out! 🙌🏾 I could go on and on about my experience with her the past twelve weeks, but if you swipe 👈🏾 you can read what she has to say about the program yourself.

It’s time‼️ SHARE ✊🏾 & TAG A FRIEND who needs these type of results. 🔥

My “Cuts N Curves Season 4 Challenge” just came to an end, and now it’s time to pick a winner for the grand prize of $845.00.

First up we have Monica. Her goal coming into the challenge was to lose ten pounds, define her shoulders, legs, and abs, and improve her overall health. As you can see by her transformation pics, we were able to accomplish all of the above. 💪🏾 Monica had already lost 25 lbs before entering the challenge, so she needed a program that would continue to challenge her, and also help her define, tone and build lean muscle.

From day one she was ALL IN! 💪🏾 Attacking her workouts each week, following the challenge rules without any complaints or excuses, and doing it all while having a smile on her face. 😊 And let’s not forget to mention that this woman is 52 years old!! 🔥🔥🔥
