If you had told Beth 15 years ago that she would end up teaching yoga and living in Appleton, Wisconsin, she would've laughed her head off! Beth was a Vice President at a top-notch lobbying firm in Washington, DC, did not practice yoga and frankly thought it sounded extremely boring. She would hear people say, "yoga is a journey..." and think it sounded lame and altogether too touchy feely for her
liking. However, after having her first child in 2005, Beth decided to give yoga a try and began a journey (yes, a "journey!") that changed her life! It started as a cross training tool in her fitness training... but the more she practiced, the better she felt physically and mentally! In 2010, Beth moved to Appleton, Wisconsin with her husband and children for her husband's job. A dear friend invited Beth to train with her to teach kickboxing and strength training. She became a certified Group Ex instructor and continued to dive deeper into her yoga practice. Beth decided to pursue her 200 hour yoga certification in 2015 and has been teaching yoga for the past three years. She teaches Power Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga and Yoga for Athletes, as well as strength and cardio group ex classes. Beth meets her clients where they are at with compassion and care. She strives to help all B POWERFUL in their minds, bodies and hearts! She truly cares about all of her clients and members and looks forward to working with YOU!!!
