Good Morning Everyone! Today's Masters practice was a fun one with a total of 3100 yards of swimming. Today we used the first set( 4x75 down to the 4x25) as a continuation of the warm up, the second set (1x200 down to 8x25) was our main focus set working on keeping up the endurance and maintaining speed throughout. The final set we incorporated this into our cool down by continuing the fast swims but gradually slowing it down to a recovery 200 easy to end the practice. πββοΈ
