DEFY Dolphins Total Performance Camp 🐬

Open to competitive swimmers ages 9+, this 4-day camp is designed to develop the complete swimmer.

Train with Coaches Matt, Maks & Ellie, as well as a number of our collegiate athletes as we focus on performance in and out of the water.

Each day includes:
• Skills & drills
• Race strategy
• Starts & turns
• Dryland + flexibility
• Nutrition training
• Video feedback
• Games & team building
Swimmers will be grouped by ability to ensure the best possible experience.

This is a great program for any of our swimmers looking for some cross training. Practices generally don't interfere with swim, and games are on Sundays. Coach Emily is an incredible coach and a great mentor for young female athletes.

Downeast FC is looking for girls born between August 1, 2012, and July 31, 2014 to join our U14 Girls Travel Soccer Team this fall!

Whether your daughter is new to the game or already has experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of an encouraging team environment. Coach Emily is one of the best around—not only because of her soccer knowledge, but because she is passionate about developing the whole athlete and the whole person. She creates a positive, supportive culture where young women build confidence, leadership, resilience, and a love for the game.
