DEFY Dolphins Total Performance Camp 🐬

Open to competitive swimmers ages 9+, this 4-day camp is designed to develop the complete swimmer.

Train with Coach Matt Montgomery, the DEFY coaching staff, collegiate athletes, and special guests as we focus on performance in and out of the water.

Each day includes:
• Skills & drills
• Race strategy
• Starts & turns
• Dryland + flexibility
• Nutrition training
• Video feedback
• Games & team building

Swimmers will be grouped by ability to ensure the best possible experience.

Cavan, Charlie, Eden, Rafa and Grady traveled to Greensboro last week alongside Coaches Aaron and Matt to compete at the YMCA National Championships—the highest level of competition for YMCA swimmers.

Facing off against more than 1,200 athletes from across the country, our swimmers rose to the occasion and delivered an incredible performance, achieving multiple personal best times throughout the week. We couldn’t be more proud of their hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship!

This meet officially wrapped up our swim season, and what a way to finish.

We’re looking forward to celebrating all of our swimmers and a great season at our Awards Night on April 15th.

And a special shoutout to Coaches Aaron and Matt for surviving a full week on the road with the boys… we’re calling that a personal best, too. 😄👏
