Come check out our self-defense classes in Ellsworth Maine! Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 630-730pm. Ages 12 & up!
Our instructors have mixed martial arts backgrounds in Taekwondo, Krav Maga, Wah-Lum Kung Fu, and BJJ. We use all of these skills to better ourselves and bring out the best in others!
First class is always free.
