Downeast LaunchPoint Track & Field Development Program held its first Coach’s clinic today‼️World class decathlete Rob Pendergist, lent his expertise to an eager-to-learn group on the mechanics of javelin throwing & communicating the intricacies of this event to young athletes. Dr. Casey Johnston educated the group on the necessary mobility, strength & body preparedness for optimal performance & reduced injury risk.
