📣 The Ice Rink at Knowlton Park needs spirited community volunteers to assist the Recreation Commission set up and run the Ice Rink this winter. Together you’ll help ensure this family favorite activity brings joy to all!

No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and some warm clothes! As a volunteer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the upkeep of the rink, ensuring it remains a safe and delightful place for everyone.

Woodlawn Museum will have skating on their pond for this season.

The recreation commission will continue pursuing repairs to our rink for next year.

The ice rink needs a replacement liner. It will not be here in time for skating this season. However, the recreation commission is discussing other options to have skating this year. Stayed tuned for updates!

This rink will be open later today. It is very bumpy so we are adding water in hopes to level it out. It will be open for the weekend but it will be closed Monday to do some work.

The ice rink is temporarily closed as of 11AM on 12/29 so we can add some water to the surface.

The Ice Rink is partial open at this time. Please be careful and watch for bumpy ice. Unfortunately some deer and people ventured out on the surface before it was solidly frozen and caused a rough surface in some areas. While we can't do a lot about the deer we do ask that people please stay off the ice when it isn't solidly frozen. Thanks, and happy skating!

The rink will be closed until Sunday morning at the earliest. It is not supposed to drop below freezing until Saturday night. Please get outside and enjoy the warmer weather. Enjoy the day:)
