I didn’t walk into the gym strong.
I walked in after cancer — tired, weak, and not feeling like myself.

I started with what I had.
Slow days. Short workouts. Just showing up.

And over time, things changed.
My strength came back.
My confidence came back.
I found purpose in taking care of myself again.

I gave the gym a broken body…
and it helped me rebuild it. 💪
