The big question in controversy. To wear shoes or not in kickboxing. A lot of experts say you should wear Taekwondo Shoes or cross fit shoes when kickboxing. Helps with traction, support, pivoting, and help prevent injury. Talk to me on y'alls thoughts. After all this is all for you!

Happy Tuesday All! I first off want to apologize for the delay. I'm not sure everyone knows, or would have known for that fact, my mother had been on hospice for quite some time. Trying to pull all this together and also be there to put my part in with mom has been quite challenging. She passed away June 28th and we just got through the services and trying to get back to some normalcy. With that being said, I'm finally getting back on track with getting the gym set up for everyone. I'm back on the horse and plowing full steam ahead. I will keep everyone posted and again apologize for the delays. I'm so excited for the things to come and getting everyone together.
