First, a big shout-out to our wonderful team leaders—Christiana, Michele, Morgan, and Kyle! ❤️I loved seeing you support and encourage your teammates.🙌Next week, give your teammates a high five and encourage them to keep showing up for themselves. Attend as often as your schedule allows, explore different types of classes, and build the consistency that helps turn healthy choices into lasting habits. With 80–100 classes offered each month, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to stay active, motivated, and connected.👏💪
