On June 6th 1944, more than 156,000 Allied troops stormed the beaches of France in one of the most courageous military operations in human history. Many never left those beaches. Many more carried the weight of that day for the rest of their lives.

Today, we pause to remember those heroes.

Not as figures in a history book, not as names etched in stone, but as sons, fathers, brothers, husbands, and friends who answered the call when the world needed them most.

The freedoms we enjoy today were purchased at a price paid by a generation willing to sacrifice everything for people they would never meet.

May we never take that sacrifice for granted.

May we live lives worthy of the legacy they left behind.

Thank you to all of our vendors and everyone who came out to support the event. The energy was incredible, and seeing the community come together never gets old!
