Get ready for your best season yet! Join Coach Sara and Coach Connor for a four-day morning clinic designed for athletes who want to get faster, stronger, and better at their sport. We focus on three main areas to help your performance improve and stay safe on the field:
1. Fast Feet and Quick Moves (Agility): We teach you how to move your body with control so you can outplay your opponents.

2. Building a Strong Base (Strength): Learn how to Squat, Bench, and Deadlift -feed your overall performance and prevent injuries.

3. Skillfulness: Improve proprioception, coordination, and balance.
