Claflin Strength Academy is specifically designed to give young athletes a competitive edge through a focus on core strength and conditioning principles. Our program delivers tangible results that directly enhance performance in their chosen sport.
What We Offer:
1. ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐๐ต (Core Lifts): Athletes will master the squat, bench press, and deadliftโthe essential movements for total-body strength and power development.
2. ๐ข๐น๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐๐: We safely introduce the clean and sn**ch using a progression-based method. These explosive lifts are unparalleled for developing speed, power, and coordination.
3. ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ต๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ต๐น๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐บ (Conditioning): Our training extends beyond weights to include work on strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance, ensuring the development of a well-rounded athlete.
๐ช๐ต๐ผ: Dedicated Boys and Girls, Ages 12-18. We welcome young athletes of all experience levelsโfrom absolute beginners to seasoned competitors.
