Something new is coming to Nurture. 🍫

Last week's Breathe to Rest challenge gave you a taste — a few minutes of breathwork to start each day, a little glimpse of what your breath can do.

Now it's time to go deeper.

We're honored to welcome Chelsea Reinbold to Nurture for a Cacao + Breathwork immersion - a full two hours to slow down, sip cacao, and connect to your breath.

We'll begin with ceremonial-grade cacao, a warm, heart-opening drink that's been used for centuries to soften and ground. From there, Chelsea will guide us through an extended breathwork journey - the kind of deep, sustained practice that's hard to reach in a regular class. Expect release, stillness, and maybe a few surprises from your own body.

No breathwork experience needed. Just come as you are, and let your breath do the rest.
