Lansing HIIT Fitness offers 30 minute classes that are done in a group setting. Our form of training is done under the technique using Hi
gh-intensity interval training (HIIT). This form of exercise is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT Fitness offers a form of cardiovascular exercise with short, intense workouts providing improved athletic capacity and conditioning along with improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. At HIIT Fitness our class consists of a warm up period, followed by high intensity exercise (pending on individual abilities), separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, and ending with a cool down. The entire class session will last thirty minutes, and this is an excellent way to maximize a workout that is limited on time. Lansing HIIT Fitness offers flexible class schedules with more times being added as membership grows and requests are made. Our rates are very competitive and affordable in comparison to other facilities that offer similar training.
