Transition relies on flexibility. Learn the art of adapting to change in life, as you do in yoga postures. Notice where you’re trying to hold the pose exactly as you entered it. What happens if you allow the posture to change with your breath?

Notice what feels different than it did a month ago. Your priorities, your energy, your needs, your pace. Growth often shows up quietly before we ever name it.

We are surrounded by energy every day, and we carry it within us too.

This two-day course with JoJo Campos, Virginia Caldwell, and Maggie Olds explores the seven main chakra centers and how energy moves through the body, influences our well-being, and shapes the way we interact with the world around us.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll learn about the subtle energy centers, their corresponding organ systems, and pathways of energetic movement. You’ll also experience practical ways to work with that energy through mindfulness, sound healing, pranayama, yoga postures, and other tools designed to support balance and alignment.

You’ll leave with course materials, tools for continued self-practice, and the option to return for a follow-up session to reflect, ask questions, and integrate what you’ve learned.

This course is eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Hours and counts toward the required course track for Yoga Connect’s 300-Hour Teacher Training.

Included:
Course materials + self-practice tools
Light lunch on day two
Tea + fruit-infused water
Optional follow-up session

September 18, 2026 | 5:30–9pm
September 19, 2026 | 8am–1pm
Follow-up date TBD

Program Investment: $399

Come explore energy not just as a concept, but as something you can notice, experience, and work with in your own body.

Labor Day weekend has a way of marking the shift. Summer isn’t quite over, but routines are changing, schedules are filling, and fall is starting to ask something different of us.

Transitions can feel exciting, messy, grounding, uncomfortable, or all of it at once. Practice gives us a place to notice the change without rushing through it. To stay connected to what is here while making room for what is next.

Our modified Labor Day weekend schedule:
Friday 9AM Slow Burn
Saturday 10AM Vinyasa
Sunday 8:30AM All Levels Vinyasa
Monday 6PM Candlelight Aromatherapy Sweat & Surrender (please note the special time for TODAY ONLY!)

Come meet the transition on the mat.

Yin is a slower, low-to-no heat practice designed to give your body and mind something most of us rarely get enough of: time.

Rather than moving quickly from pose to pose, postures are held for several minutes, allowing you to settle beneath the surface and work with the body’s deeper connective tissues. The slower pace creates space to release habitual tension, improve mobility, and notice where you may be gripping or holding without realizing it.

Yin also draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine and the body’s meridian system, using specific shapes to explore energetic pathways associated with different organs, emotions, and seasonal rhythms.

But the real practice is often in the stillness.

Staying in a posture gives you time to observe sensation, breath, thoughts, and resistance without immediately reacting to them. Over time, that becomes a practice in patience, awareness, and learning how to soften without checking out.

Expect a quiet, grounding class with longer-held poses, minimal heat, and plenty of space to turn inward.

Yin is a beautiful complement to more active yoga, workouts, busy schedules, and full lives.
