Have you ever been to a Psychedelic Sound Bath??? We hadn't either until we put one on this summer! Recline, and relax under the stars as you are bathed in light and sound during this amazing free community event!

Over 250 people joined us for the last experience, and we're so excited to do it again! Please join us for this inspirational, and unique event! Friday September 11 at 8:30pm. At the Fish Ladder Music Park in Old Town!!

Thanks so much to everyone that came out to Sunday's Majestic Morning Yoga!! The rain forced us to shift the class from Saturday to Sunday but we still had over 75 people start their day in an amazing way!

The weather was perfect, and the vibe was perfect! Seeing Lansing come out for these classes has been such an awesome treat! Taking a break from the every day routine and focusing on self for a moment is such an amazing gift to yourself!

Fall is on the way but we've still got a couple more events coming up in September!

Rain Reschedule!
Today's class is rescheduled for Sunday at 10 am!!
It's a wet but beautiful morning in Old Town!! So we're shifting Saturday's class to Sunday!
We wish you a wonderful morning relaxing to the sounds of the rain, and hope to see you tomorrow morning for another amazing outdoor yoga experience! ❤️

We can't wait to see you tomorrow morning at 10 AM for our next free outdoor community yoga class! Lansing Free Yoga Project – Majestic Morning Yoga – (Instructor – Shawn Dyer) Please note these are outdoor classes so if it is cold, wet, and raining the class will likely not take place. But this is Michigan and we all know the weather can change at any minute! Stay tuned as we'll definitely provide an update on Saturday morning! We are super excited to announce another Psychedelic Sound Bath Experience!!! Friday September 11 at 8:30pm!!! If you missed the first one this is your opportunity to join us for this truly special event!

This isn't your ordinary sound bath! Concert lighting, sound, and projection combined with the healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls and supplemental audio tracks all come together to make this an absolutely amazing experience!

It's time for a Monday morning appreciation post!!! ❤️

Thank you Lansing for coming out to another wonderful weekend wellness experience! Saturday's class really felt pretty special! We had more than 100 yogis join us at the Fish Ladder Music Park in Old Town for our largest morning yoga class yet!

We can't do these classes alone! So we're extra thankful to the volunteers that helped to make this class possible! Matthew Gleason led an amazing flow! Matt Dillon Malcangi from the Crystal Connection once again filled the space with happy harmonies and healing frequencies! Jon Herrmann was early to rise, and was the first one there! The sound was dialed in and sounded so good! Jamie Schriner made sure everyone was greeted with a smile, and got checked in! Teamwork really does make the dream work!

We've also got to thank our community partners for helping to make these classes possible! The Community Foundation, Lansing Riverfront, and Old Town Lansing are all working hard to make the City of Lansing, Michigan a vibrant and wonderful community!

Most of all thank you to everyone in Lansing that took the time out of their busy lives to help us put a little positivity out into the world!

Jazz fest is this weekend in Old Town, and so is our next free community yoga class! Lansing Free Yoga Project – Majestic Morning Yoga – (Instructor – Matthew Gleason) is this Saturday at 10:00 AM!!

Start your day in the most amazing way with the Lansing Free Yoga Project! As the attendance to these classes grows so does the amazing energy that this community creates! It is such a gift to be able to share these classes with the beautiful people of Lansing! We can't wait to see you tomorrow! ❤️

Our next free community yoga class is this Saturday at 10:00 am in Old Town!! Lansing Free Yoga Project – Majestic Morning Yoga – (Instructor – Matthew Gleason) is going to be an absolutely awesome experience, and we can't wait to see you there! The Fish Ladder Music Park has proven to be the perfect venue for these events! The sounds of the river, Lansing's wonderful community, amazing instructors, and beautiful Michigan weather have all combined to make these classes truly special.
