A little four-hands pre-show tune-up!

Tyler and I teamed up to get Dr. Nic ready for his first bodybuilding show next weekend, and he returned the favor with some much needed adjustments.

Good friends, good trades, and a shared appreciation for keeping bodies moving their best.

We incorporated targeted IASTM and bodywork to address tissue restrictions, increase body awareness, and help him feel connected to the muscles he’s worked so hard to build.

At Stoik Body Co., we work with everyone from competitive athletes preparing for the stage to everyday people who want to move better, feel better, and stay active.

Whether you’re preparing to compete, chasing a new PR, or just trying to feel better doing what you love, we’re here to help.

Good luck next weekend, Nic Jepsen
