BTY had a Thanksgiving workout class this morning! Thank you for those who participated! So thankful for all of my clients! They trust in the process, they trust in BTY, they trust in my wisdom and creativity to create and design workouts specifically for each of their goals. I can’t thank you all enough for the success and support BTY has and that comes from all of you!! So thank you for buying into being Better Than Yesterday 💪🏻 and have a fabulous Thanksgiving!! 🦃💕

🏆Move More March Challenge!🏆

Goal: Accumulate as many minutes of physical activity as possible throughout the month. This includes walking, hiking, running, cycling, swimming, dancing—anything that gets you moving!

Challenge Levels:
✅Level 1: 30 minutes per day (930 minutes for the month)
✅Level 2: 45 minutes per day (1,395 minutes for the month)
✅Level 3: 60 minutes per day (1,860 minutes for the month)

Rules:
🚴🏽‍♀️Any moderate to vigorous activity counts.
🏞️Focus on moving more outside the gym
📋Track your daily minutes with a fitness watch, phone, or journal.

How to Participate:

I know some of you have been asking so here it is🤩 There is both men’s and women’s fit so be aware of that when you pick the colors.
