Since opening in 1980, our mission to offer first-class training in gymnastics has earned us a reputation as a leader of instruction for recreational and competitive students of all ages and abilities. We take our name from the Greek word palaestrum, some of the first training grounds for the Olympic games – and we believe in the same generations-old holistic practices that these original Olympian

We are excited to welcome our gymnasts back for another fantastic session of learning, growth, and fun in the gym!

This fall, we are especially excited to welcome Coach Elise back to our coaching team! 💙 With her positive energy, extensive knowledge, and passion for gymnastics, Elise brings an encouraging and supportive approach to every class.

✨ Coach Elise will be coaching our fall classes, helping athletes build strong fundamentals, develop new skills, and grow their confidence both in and out of the gym. Whether your athlete is just beginning their journey or working toward more advanced skills, Elise’s enthusiasm and expertise will make this a wonderful session!

Coach Abby has been part of the PGA family since 2022 and brings a great mix of energy, patience, and encouragement to every class. She loves helping athletes learn new skills, build confidence, and discover just how much they are capable of!

Her classes are a place where kids can move, learn, laugh, and grow while developing strength, coordination, and that all-important “I CAN!” attitude. 💪✨
