It's been such a long time since I posted here. But I want to share this. We have all picked up and moved on from Impact Cardio to join new gyms, try new workouts and start different journeys. As most of you know I am PROUDLY a member of Drive Custom Fit. I am a student, a client and a victim of the best and hardest workouts I have ever done. My teaching has been on the sidelines aside from my training clients. Partly because I needed to refocus and remember why I got involved in teaching. Years of chasing certifications became a chore at times. Even though my mind was still in the business my heart was falling out.
But here is what I want to share. Today I was completely humbled at the end of class. One of amazingly motivating owners of drive reminded us that every day we show up not only do we do ourselves justice but it helps someone else show up and put their best foot forward. "Damn" I said to myself!! That's why I started teaching 10 years ago. That's why I opened Impact Cardio. My job was to show up and motivate but so was yours and that right there is why we built the Impact Family we did. Those words today will stick with me for awhile. I feel more grounded today. Maybe even ready to teach again....
So who motivates you? They say to be successful you have to emulate someone who is already successful and has paved their way in whatever field, hobby or whatever it is. So again who motivates you? Who helps drive you to be successful? Maybe today is a great day to sit back and remind yourself!!

First ever... "Sweating in the Sun Circuit" coming this weekend. Watching the weather to figure out which day- location is Derry Rail Trail! I miss teaching class's too much to stay away. So... Who needs a workout?

Please join all of us tonight for this amazing last night at ICC. All of your favorite instructors back together for one last time. We are going to bring back all the oldies and rock the house! I can't wait to see all of you. There will be a donation jar out for the poor families that lost thier home last weekend in a devastating fire in derry! See you at 6:30pm!
