Week 8 is complete... 2 more weeks left in the regular season.
Week 8 opened with a defensive battle between the Sharks and Pirates. After no goals for almost 2 periods there were 3 goals in less than 40 seconds. After some back and forth in the 3rd the game went into OT with the Pirates pulling out a tough one 5-4. Zach led the way for the Pirates with 2 including the game winner. Eric Blue Jeans had 2 as well. Logan the ball magnet led the way for the Sharks with 2. Cam and Steve rounded out the scoring for the Sharks.
The late game had the Wolves and Ducks. The Wolves had the perfect number of players winning 15-5. Alex led the way with 5. Brendan and Connor each had a hat trick. Derek and Ben rounded out the scoring with 2 each. Mike and Kyle had 2 for the Ducks. Fedex delivered again with Derek rounding out the scoring.

Week 7 is complete. 3 more weeks left in the regular season...
Week 7 opened with the Bombers and Sharks. The Sharks kept it close but lost 10-6. No one cares but Kyle led the way with 4 goals blah blah blah new career high for him. More importantly it was Lauren's birthday and she had a night scoring 2 goals including while falling to the ground in front of the net. They also happened to be her first 2 career goals. Jeremy led the way for the Sharks with 4 goals. Rich and Randy had the other 2.
The late game had a battle between the Pirates and Wolves. The Pirates came from behind winning 8-7. Ron tossed the Pirates on his back scoring 6 goals. Zach and Mark had the other 2 for the Pirates. Tyler had 4 apples for the Pirates. The Wolves had too many guys again.... Derek led the way with a hat trick. Ben had 2 and Alex had the other for the Wolves.

Week 6 is over...
Everyone is starting to rehydrate after the hot games last night...
Week 6 opened with the Pirates and Ducks. The Pirates were able to stop the Ducks winning streak with a 7-6 win. Tyler and Eric led the way with 2 goals each... Eric didn't have the magic blue jeans on this week but still found the back of the net. Zach, Erik and Aiden rounded out the scoring for the Pirates. Doug led the balanced attack for the Ducks with 2. Chris, Water Bug Dave, Mario and Kyle rounded out the scoring for the Ducks.
The late game had a perennial finals matchup between the Bombers and Wolves. The Bombers won 12-3. Kyle (yes THAT Kyle) and Mack led the way with a hat trick each. Dan, Jake and Wild Jim were right behind them with 2 goals each. Brendan, Tyler M and Tyler V each scored for the Wolves. The Wolves decided that the reason why they lost is that they had too many players this week.

Week 5 recap... We're halfway through the season...
Week 5 opened with the Ducks and Wolves. The Ducks won 16-9. Fedex Delivered on time for the Ducks with 5 goals and 3 assists for Derek. Kyle and Kevin each had hat tricks for the Ducks. The Wolves were led by Mr. ChatGPT Ben who had 7 goals for the Wolves. Connor and Alex rounded out the scoring for the Wolves.
The late game had the Pirates and Sharks. The Pirates won 12-6. Tyler and Blue Jeans Eric each had a hat trick for the Pirates. It was a balanced attack for the Pirates with Ron Asa and Erik rounding out the scoring with 2 each. Cameron led the way for the Sharks with a hat trick. Jeremy had 2 and Jayden had the other for the Sharks. Rich rocked the league pads for the Sharks subbing for Joe.

Week 4 update... Week 4 started with a moist game between the Ducks and Bombers. The Ducks were in their element in the rain winning 13-5. Kyle led the way with 4 goals and 2 assists. Mario was right behind him with the hat trick. Mike, Derek and Kevin rounded out the scoring with 2 each. Jake led the way for the Bombers with 2 goals. Kyle, Wild Jim and Darren rounded out the scoring the Bombers. The late game had the Wolves and Sharks. The Wolves won 10-6. Derek led the way with 4 goals. Brendan was right behind with a hat trick. Alex the new guy (2) and Tyler V (1) rounded out the scoring for the Wolves. Jeremy led the way for the Sharks with 2. Colin, Bhuc, Jayden and Gavin each had one for the Sharks.

Week 3 is in the books....
Week 3 opened with a battle between the Ducks and Sharks. The Ducks won 10-7. Kevin and Kyle each had a hat trick for the Ducks. Doug and Waterbug Dave were right behind them with 2 each. Chris showed off his passing skills with 3 apples. Steve B and Colin each had a hat trick for the Sharks. Welcome to the league Jayden with a goal and an assist and Bhuc with an assist for the Sharks.

The late game had the Pirates and Bombers. The Bombers won 10-7. Dan had a hat trick and an apple. Chris's full skills were on display with a hat trick and 4 apples for the Bombers. It was a team effort for the Bombers with everyone getting on the stat sheet. Tyler led the Pirates with a hat trick and an apple. Mr. Consistency Zach had 2 goals and 2 apples for the Pirates.
