Fall season is almost here
Fall season will start next week September 2nd. We're going to do 9 weeks with single elimination playoffs. There will be no bye weeks and no makeups for the fall season. Everyone will play everyone 3 times. The championship game will be on Veterans Day. Dues are the same.... $40 for runners $20 for goalies and free for veterans. Championship recap....
Game 1 between the Bombers and Pirates was a battle from start to finish with the Pirates winning 6-2. Tyler and Ron each had 2 goals for the Pirates. Dan and Wild Jim each scored for the Bombers.

Game 2 was a defensive game between a team that was looking to win their second straight spring championship and a team that didn't want to go home. The Pirates won 4-2 completing a sweep of the playoffs. Ron led the way with 2 goals again. Tyler had 2 assists. Chris scored both for the Bombers in the loss.

The fall season will start on September 2nd. It will run 10 weeks with 2 weeks of playoffs finishing the week before Thanksgiving. There will be no makeups if it rains. It will be the same as always $40 to play out $20 for goalies and veterans are free.

Round 1 game 3...
What a way to end the first round of the playoffs.... The Bombers and Wolves battled the whole night. The Wolves tied it late in regulation. The Bombers won in OT on a snipe from Chris 7-6. Chris led the way with 4 goals including his series winner. Nick was unbelievable in goal making multiple incredible saves. The Bens led the way for the Wolves scoring 2 each. The Matthews scored one each for the Wolves. Mike was almost as good as Nick in goal for the Wolves.

The Championship is set... Best of 3 between the Bombers and Pirates. Game time will be 7pm tomorrow. See everyone there!

Playoffs Week 1 and 2....
Week 1 started with a multiple time championship game between the Bombers and Wolves. The Bombers won 13-7. Wild Jim led the way with 4 goals. Mack, Jake and Dan were all right behind him with a hat trick each. Derek carried the Wolves with 5 goals. Ben and Alex rounded out the scoring for the Wolves who would be fighting for their playoff lives in week 2.
The late game had the Pirates and Ducks, The Pirates won 13-4. Zach led the way with 5 goals. Eric C was right behind him with 4 goals. Dave, Kevin, Mario and Doug each had a goal for the Ducks,

Week 2
Week 2 was a hot low scoring game for the Bombers and Wolves. The Wolves forced a game 3 winning 6-3. Derek and Ben G each had 2 for the Wolves. Alex and Ben rounded out the scoring for the Wolves. Dan, Darren and Mack each had a goal for the Bombers who now face a do or die game 3.

The Pirates and Ducks battled in the late game with the Pirates sweeping the Ducks 13-7. Tyler led the way with 5 goals. Erik and Mark each had hat tricks for the Pirates. Kevin had a hat trick for the Ducks. Doug had 2 goals with Mario and Kyle rounding out the scoring for the Ducks. Great season Ducks... We'll see you in the fall!

Game 3 tomorrow night between the Bombers and Wolves. Gametime will be 7pm. Win or go home until the fall!
