You make time for things that are important to you. Maybe that means workouts aren’t 60 minutes long for you anymore maybe that means workouts are broken up throughout the day.

Healthy people who are busy still find a way.

Unhealthy people make excuses and deal with the repercussions later in life.

You’re the one in control of your life. Choose wisely.

Need help? We’ll be waiting for you but the longer you wait the harder it’s gonna be to get back into it.

Everyone, I am blown away by Emily’s progress in just 10 weeks!

She gained 3lbs of muscle and lost 10lbs in just 10 weeks like whaaaat?!?!?!

When I asked her what she’s been doing she said…
“I’ve just been being more mindful to eat more protein.”

I looooove hearing people make progress like this without really overhauling their life. Tracking works for some but I’m always gonna see how much progress someone can make without the stress of tracking. Way to be living proof Emily!

Emily is a mom, she comes into our semi private group once a week. Workouts out on her own 1-2 other days a week. She’s feeling better and stronger and making changes to her nutrition outside the gym. That’s all we can hope for, thank you Emily for putting in the work and inspiring other moms!

Day 1 at the is a wrap✔️

I’m fired up and ready to take back what I’ve learned to HQ💪

Something that stuck out to me after today’s speakers was from new CEO, Bruce Edwards that CrossFit has a perception problem.

People hear CrossFit and think of games athletes.

They don’t hear that we teach people how to work hard and eat well.

It’s why when someone walks through our doors, we talk about their nutrition on Day 1. We talk about how to make small sustainable changes to live a healthier life. That just because you do CrossFit, doesn’t mean you can eat whatever you want.

We teach you that foo-foo workouts aren’t going to get you the results you want. We live and we learn.

Exercise and nutrition go hand and hand, at Breathe CrossFit we’ll help get you there.

We know people are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. So if you’re willing to work hard and make small changes over time, we got you.

We interrupt your Wednesday night scrolling to introduce you to our June member of the month, Phil👏👏👏

Every month our coaches vote on who we think should be the next member of the month. Who is someone who works hard, shows up consistently maybe despite additional stress going on in their lives and they still prioritize their health and fitness, who is friendly and coachable during classes, basically who is the role model and type of person we want to replicate in the gym - and that’s Phil!

What do you think has helped you be successful? What keeps you coming back to Breathe?
“I feel one of the reasons for success lately has been showing up. It sounds so simple, but honestly it’s the most important piece. As long as I consistently walk through the door the rest tends to fall into place.”

What’s something you’re proud of accomplishing?
“The nutrition challenge was a big accomplishment for me. It was also nice to see all the back squat work payoff with such a big PR.”
—> Phil lost over 15lbs of fat in our January nutrition challenge but more importantly he didn’t do anything crazy to get there. He literally just stayed consistent! He also recently just improved his back squat by over 20lbs in the course of 6 weeks! Super impressive!!!

What advice would you give a new member?
“My advice for a new member would be to be patient. It can take time to see results, but if you trust the process you’ll get there. Also, HAVE FUN! Dance in-between lifts! Make jokes with your classmates!”

What does being named Member of the Month mean to you?
“Being named member of the month is humbling. I see people showing up and working hard every week and it could honestly have gone to any number of folks. It’s nice to be told, “We see you putting in the effort.””

This position is for you if you have a passion for CrossFit and helping people improve their health and fitness at all different fitness levels, you encourage people to move well, safely, and push people slightly outside of their comfort zones and are willing to start off in a part-time position with the ability to grow into a full time or higher administrative position.
