🌟 Dear community,
It is with a heavy heart that I share the closure of my gym. This decision has been incredibly difficult for me, and I feel deep sadness for all the wonderful people I've served. You have all been such an integral part of my life, and I will miss our time together.
Today, I came across a car accident where I saw others fleeing the scene. In that moment, I felt compelled to help the person in the car. This experience reminded me of my true calling—no matter my attempts to save a failing business, my passion for helping others remains unwavering.
The love I feel for the people who supported me in taking on this venture, despite knowing it may be difficult, has truly saved me. Your encouragement and belief have made a lasting impact on my life.
While this chapter has closed, I have faith that I will find my way, and I’m excited about what the future holds. Thank you for your support and understanding during this time. Let’s continue to uplift one another.

We are proud to announce we are starting to offer appointments for Assisted Stretching! Our trainer Katrina is a certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach and will be available for sessions to work one-on-one to help improve overall range of motion, increase flexibility, and relieve muscle tensions!

✨Long-term results with consistency compared to massages!

✨Having someone help you stretch allows you to relax more and breath into a deeper stretch and feel the results better than resisting within your own stretch sessions!

✨Assisted stretching is beneficial to those who have sedentary jobs, active jobs, are athletes, or just want to improve their health and fitness!

As we approach the New Year, it's a common time for those New Years resolutions!! A lot of people have resolutions and goals that start off well and then fade over time, so we wanted to share some tips with you on how to make smart goals for the new year that you can work to achieve and be consistent with!

⭐️ First and foremost, the most important step is to make a goal that is attainable and specific! What this means is making a goal that is realistic and you know you can stay consistent working towards the end goal! If you're looking to drop a few dress sizes for a certain event, losing 1-1.5lbs per week is a healthy way to effectively lose weight, so giving yourself more time may be better to achieve your goals in a healthy way! Progress may be slow and hard to accept but progress is progress! Celebrate how hard you work and push yourself more to keep going!

⭐️ Making progress goals along with your main goal! These make achieving your main goal way easier and more rewarding overtime as you keep working on your small goals that push you to reach your overall goal! Making a plan for small little changes on your day to day activities leads to more habits created and more progress made no matter how big or small! This allows you to feel accomplished more when you reach small goals and it gives you more motivation to keep going! This can be as simple as creating a small goal like going to the gym for 3-4 days per week to improve your consistency first to build your motivation to achieve your big main goal!

⭐️ Make your goals relatable to things you enjoy! If your goal is to become more fit but you hate running, then don't force yourself to do things you don't enjoy as it will lead to not enjoying your process and overall may stop you working towards your goals! Choose other forms of exercise you enjoy to keep up your motivation and make your journey fun!

⭐️ Start working on yourself with a friend or family member! Having someone working hard with you helps maintain motivation as both of you can hold eachother accountable even if your goals may be slightly different!
