Happy Monday, quilters! Let's start the week with an important question: which retreat colorway is calling your name?

Every Retreat Box comes with the fabric kit you choose, and it makes both of Gudrun's retreat quilts. Here are a few examples of the color ways to choose from!

What do you think? Cozy and neutral, fresh and floral, or color-all-the-things?

Happy Authors' Day to the woman who makes this whole community possible. 📚

Gudrun Erla has spent more than 20 years designing tools and patterns that help quilters get to the fun faster. She wrote every one of our Stripology books, from the original Stripology to Stripology Squared, Mixology and Quickies. Quilts of Iceland is her love letter to where she came from, with quilt patterns, photos and even recipes.

Thank you to all authors who continue to inspire us ever day! 💛

Happy Halloween, quilters! 🎃👻

Today we are celebrating the quilts that make us smile when the weather turns spooky: ghosts, bats, skeletons, black cats and a whole lot of orange.

Here are a few of our favorites, all sewn with Halloween fabric: Bellatrix 🖤, Jojo 🎃, Lil' Skyler 🕸️ and Kira 👻

Tell us in the comments: what are you sewing for Halloween, or what is going on next year's list? We want to see it!

Happy Friday, quilters! What is on your sewing table today? 🧵

Ours is a mix of half-finished blocks, a pile of strips and at least one rotary cutter we are pretty sure we put down somewhere. 🤔

Show us yours in the comments: the project you are in the middle of, the fabric you are saving, or the beautiful mess you are working in. No tidying up required!

We love a peek at what you are making, and so do the rest of us.

New Pattern Alert!

Lil' Algorithm! Fast, fun, and perfect for a fresh look on the table.

Lil' Skyler is a bold table runner. Every block turns a simple square into a crisp pieced diamond with a bright accent.

Did you catch Jumbo-Laya on Tipsy Tuesday last night?

If you missed it, here is the quick version: Jumbo-Laya is a nine-month mystery Block of the Month designed by Gudrun, and every block is a big, bold 32". Fewer pieces to wrangle, more fun to sew. It is a Mardi Gras party, one jumbo block at a time.

Your PDF comes with video support, so Gudrun walks you through each month and you never sew alone.

Catch the replay of last night's show if you missed it. Which block are you most excited to sew?
