Our bodies want to move and there is no better time like the now! Let’s activate our muscles so we can circulate our lymph fluid that delivers immune cells and eliminates toxins! Grab your bikes!

But before you jump on the saddle here are a couple things to keep in mind:

Ride Time:
Keep ride time between 60-90mins and keep it a moderate ride. This will help keep your immune system in check.

Routes:
• Do not ride in quarantine areas
• Stay close to home
• Watch for more people out walking, running, bike on
road and trails
• Keep a social distance of 6’

Bike Bag Check/Jersey Pocket Check:
• 2 spare tubes
• Glueless patch kit
• Mini-tool
• Chain tool with spare links (especially if riding of road)
• Tire levers (wrap some duct tape around them just in
case you need it)
• Co2 inflator and cartridges
• If tubeless - sealant
• Phone

Tips:
• Don’t ride when you don’t feel good
• Ride safe and stay focused riding

Stay Safe and Healthy!

It’s been a tough week. There are reasons to be anxious, to be sad, to keep your distance from people you might otherwise want to hug. But there is no reason not to ride, no reason not to go outdoors to explore or stay indoors and sweat it out. However you choose to ride, we encourage you to go today, tomorrow, and every day you can to find joy on a bike. Keep supporting local bike shops, organizations doing great work across cycling, events trying to find ways to reschedule for safer times, and industry companies that help our sport grow and thrive. In a time of uncertainty and endless cancelations, riding doesn’t have to stop. Social distancing doesn’t mean we can’t get through this together, one ride at a time.
