Never let an obstacle stop you from showing up. 🏋️‍♂️✨ We just watched our awesome 79-year-old hit a 66 lb bench press while working through a broken finger. If that isn't motivation to get moving today, I don't know what is! Pain is temporary; giving up is a choice. 😤🔥

Meet our incredible duo, Sally and Sheila who just celebrated their 1-Year Gym Anniversary with us! At 79 and 80 years young, these ladies are proving that you're never too old to get under the bar.

Over the last 12 months, they haven't just "maintained" - they've built REAL, functional strength that carries over into everything they do outside these walls

"Let's just clear it up right here: barbell training is the best way to train for strength. Bar none. Nothing even comes close to the effectiveness of barbell squats, presses, deadlifts, and the Olympic lifts for the development of strength, power, and muscular size.
