Huge shoutout to everyone who came and balled out at our OTF Games events this weekend 🔥

Athletes got coached through the exact drills they’ll see at future combines and showcases. Beyond that, they had the chance to perfect the drills, ask questions, and build confidence before the real thing.

Reid is a 7th grader football player and wrestler who has been training with Coach Max for the past 2 months. Reid shows up every single day ready to attack his workout and always gives his best effort!

“In 2 short months with Coach Max and OTF, I have seen more growth than I have seen in a year with other trainers. OTF and Coach Max have really helped my top-end speed and my acceleration to the point I have had multiple coaches point it out. On top of that, I have gotten much stronger and more powerful. Thank you Coach Max and OTF for how much you have helped me in this short period of time.”

Reid has made huge strides in his sprint mechanics, acceleration, and change-of-direction ability through improved movement efficiency and body positioning. Along with that, he has made major improvements in strength and overall power that are helping to improve his sprinting and jumping ability.
