💖 Q: What is your favorite thing about instructing at Tone Fitness Studio?
✨ A: 100% the clients! 💕 I feel surrounded by friends and family and feel so much love and support from our community, both inside 🏋️ and outside 🌟 of the studio!
💖 Q: Tell us a random fact about yourself!
✨ A: I’m really good at headstands 🤸♀️😂
💖 Q: When you’re not teaching at Tone, what are you doing?
✨ A: I work full time in healthcare recruiting 🩺 or wedding planning 💍💐
💖 Q: What is a skill you would love to learn and why?
✨ A: I would love to pick up knitting 🧶, sewing 🪡, crochet 🧵, needlepoint—anything like that! It all sounds so fun 🤍✨
💖 Q: What can clients expect from your class?
✨ A: I can be a little chaotic 😈 😉 but I always serve up a good challenge 🔥💪
💖 Q: What is your favorite move on the Mega?
✨ A: Right now I’m loving Reverse Runner’s Lunge 🦵🔥—SO spicy 🌶️🌶️
