Thankful that my mom didn't listen to the doctors when they told her not to have any more kids after my older sister was born because it would be far too risky of a pregnancy for her and the baby. Grateful for Dee Ann for stepping into my life at a pivotal point and sharing her huge heart when she didn'thave to. Overwhelmed with joy that Nicole raised 3 incredible kids, BRock, hAYdin and saGE, despite my repeated attempts to throw them down mountains. Thank you to Pat for consistently making everyone feel special.

Life is too short for clients.

One of the benefits of being a trainer for decades is the joy of choosing who you get to work with. Friends are much more enjoyable to share space and time with.

I have been fortunate to train incredible people in Chicago, Dallas, Huntington Beach and for the last 20 years in Boise. Comments like this, from a long time friend, electrify my day. Helping people feel good again never gets old.

You don't need the gym! You need to move. Many would do better walking around the gym than walking into it!
