Step 1: Select wave time and write your name on sign up sheet at the gym
Step 2: Head to the F45 Training App and book yourself into the time block where your wave time corresponds

Prep
1. Be mindful in your workouts this week as you head into a race day
2. Fuel your body; sleep, hydration, and food are key
3. Show up 15-30 minutes before wave time in order to get yourself familiar with the layout AND warm up

It is a 30-minute hybrid performance challenge designed to test your capacity, output, and mental toughness. You’ll move through 5 stations, earning points for reps or calories while our coaches track your score.

The best part? You can go all-in for a score…OR just show up and enjoy it as a fun Saturday workout. No scoring required.

March 28, 30 minutes of work.
•Arrive 15 minutes early to warm up as the workout starts at your time slot.
•Plan to be at the studio for about 1 hour total.

The goal of the Build phase is to increase strength, develop power, and elevate overall work capacity.

In this phase, the focus is on progressive overload, faster cycle rates on burpees, and building toward heavier Bench Press and Romanian Deadlift loads.

We have programmed in F45’s newest resistance workout to help you 👊CRUSH👊 your goals. 6 foundational moves with 1 being focused on the functional racks. We will run these the last 2 Tuesdays this phase! Get ready to focus in, lift mindfully, and achieve your goals.

Plan your week out. Be intentional. Align your workout schedule with your goals.

Mondays - HIIT HYBRID - Strength and Cardio
Tuesdays - FULL BODY STRENGTH
Wednesdays - HIIT CARDIO - Aerobic fitness & endurance
Thursdays - STRENGTH CHOICE - you choose upper or lower
Fridays - HIIT HYBRID - well balanced strength & cardio
Saturdays - HIIT HYBRID - a super circuit - 1 hr
Sundays - FULL BODY STRENGTH - drop set timing
