september is almost here and so are some great things at the studio 🎉we have a lot of awesome events coming in the next few months that we can’t wait to share with you!

labor day power yoga at 10am. all other classes will be canceled for the day

f cancer yoga and tai chi to raise money and support a member of our community - raffle tickets are still on sale in studio

😴 9/24 • 7:15pm
yoga nidra - a class that is based around an ancient method of relaxation… expect to feel verrrrry peaceful during this class

📻 9/25 • 6pm
friday fun: coachchella dance party - a lightly heated all levels flow set to some great music

Jessica Dawn Single was a “regular shaker” in our e•volve class before moving away from maryland. now, as her husband lee undergoes treatment for leukemia, we’re coming together to send their family a whole lot of love and some very real support.

8/26 • 5pm

100% of every donation will go directly to jess, lee and their family as they navigate lee’s treatment.

e•volve is a non-heated self-care class that combines basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and elements of TRE™️ tension and trauma releasing exercises that use the body’s natural shaking response to help release deeply held tension and stress. expect a calm mind, an easeful body and maybe a little shaking along the way.

come breathe, move, shake and show up for a family that will always be part of our community 🖤

there’s something special about how love evolution makes us feel. and it’s everything - the yoga classes, the teachers, the space itself, and most importantly, the people who fill the rooms.

it’s a safe place to turn off all of the outside noise and tune into what you need.

somewhere where you can show up exactly how you are each day.

we may be a little biased but we can feel it every time we walk through the doors and we know that we’re right where we need to be.

we’re showing up BIG for our girl morgan - and there are a few ways you can be part of it.

on september 13, we’re coming together for a special day of movement, community + a whole lot of love, with 100% of proceeds going directly to morgan as she continues her cancer journey.

we’re welcoming a VERY special guest to love evolution for the first time - morgan’s dad, jerry! he’ll be leading us through a tai chi practice of gentle movement, breath + intention.

when we say make each practice your own, we mean it!

the only requirement is listening to your body and what it needs that day.

some days yoga can be a physical practice - nailing every pose, feeling strong, trying something new…and some days it can look like chatting with your community before class, taking an hour for yourself, and hanging in savasana the whole time.

it’s all yoga and it’s all welcome - so show up exactly as you are 🖤

more aerial is coming to love evolution

and we are SO excited about it.

we’re expanding our aerial schedule with more classes, more opportunities to fly + some familiar faces joining the LES teaching team.

whether you’ve been practicing aerial for years, haven’t been in a hammock in a while, or have always wanted to try it - there’s a place for you here.

and because we believe you should be able to explore everything our studio has to offer without constantly paying an upcharge...

aerial classes are included in our regular class pricing + memberships.

no specialty class fee. no aerial upcharge. just come fly with us.

we’re excited to welcome some new faces into our space, reconnect with some familiar ones + keep growing this aerial community together.
