Last Saturday, Lisa taught her very first official mock group Pilates class! Taking that first step in front of a group can be nerve-racking, but she did an amazing job and handled the challenge with confidence and grace.

Every great instructor starts somewhere, and we’re so proud of Lisa for reaching this exciting milestone. We can’t wait to watch her continue to grow and shine throughout her teaching journey.

One of our super moms came to the studio today with her beautiful baby girl 💚
She practiced Pilates before pregnancy AND throughout her pregnancy… and look at her now!! Strong, glowing, and inspiring ✨ Her little princess is only 7 weeks old 🥹
I was sooo happy to hold this sweet baby girl today. Moments like these make our studio feel like family 💚
