More than likely, if you’re not seeing the results you’re looking for, yet you’re working out, you’re not consuming enough protein!
Lots to go over with such a simple movement!
It is essential to make sure that any time you go into a squat, we are simultaneously bending through BOTH the hips and the knees in order to properly target the muscle group and protect your joints!
When in doubt, think about trying to touch your hamstrings to your calves and avoiding your knees coming forward over your toes—play around with the range of motion for this movement to figure out what feels comfortable to you while using proper form to avoid knee pain or other mobility issues.
