Just a quick heads-up that our Juneteenth class schedule on Friday, June 19th will be slightly adjusted. We'll be running classes at 7:15 AM, 8:20 AM, and 9:25 AM only.

We are adding Thursday 10:55am classes to our schedule starting June 18th!

As always, these classes will go through a 6-week trial period before they are permanently added to the schedule.

Perimenopause isn’t the time to stop strength training.

If your body feels like it’s changing lately, you’re not imagining it.

Energy can feel different. Sleep can feel different. Strength can feel different. Body composition can feel different.
