MAI Dojo MAI Dojo is a training facility for passionate martial artists or fitness enthusiasts. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 9:00pm.

MAI Dojo is a place for all martial arts enthusiasts and those just wanting to get in shape, classes available include:
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
- Capoeira
- Muay Thai
- MMA
Our classes cater to all ages and skill levels. With a large mat area and full weights area, you are able to complete your training all in one place. As a member of MAI Dojo, you will have 24/7 access to train at any time with yo

ur team mates/friends. Class schedule:

Capoeira with Mestre Bira of Grupo de Capoeira Resistencia
Monday - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Wednesday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Sunday - 11:00am to 12:00pm

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Instructor Bira of Crolin Gracie gym
Monday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Tuesday - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Wednesday - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Thursday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Saturday - Open mats (morning)

Muay Thai
Tuesday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Thursday - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Friday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm


***Please bring a towel and water bottle to every class
